16 to 17 seconds late, not early as I mentioned in the previous note.  Variation
in magnitude from around 3.5 to inv, bear in mind I had High thin cirrus and
scattered cirro cumulus, not great conditions.

Re 99142,  I spotted something in the D search elset, I've got to run possibles
UnId's.
