The clouds broke up just in time, however the sky was still too light for
any good observing. I was looking for Cosmos 2263 r #22803 93059B in
particular. I picked up a couple of bright negative flashes, one at -2 and
the other at -3, approx 5 degrees SW of Arcturus, which seemed a bit low for
Cosmos 2263 r's path. I failed to get an accurate timing of them as i was
busy trying to acquire it but they happened between 05:38:30 and 05:39:00 08
Jun UTC which puts it earlier than the predicted time of 05:40:46 for Cosmos
2263 r. Not a sparkling pass like the previous night due to the lighting
conditions and given the timing and track difference, i am wondering what it
is i saw?
