Last night I also made an observation of the Milstar 3 Titan-Centaur
(25725/99-023B) at 21:57UT, 8 june 1999 using my 6" telescope. It was
flashing nicely between mag+3->+4 with a period of approx. 1s, so it should
be an easy binocular object. The predicted time & position were very close
(within 1 to 2 seconds) to the actual position, so the elset is accurate.
Best wishes & clear skies,
Jason
