NOTES:
99099A Observed for about thirty seconds between high cirro-cumulus passing over
l virgo and companions.  Steady, 5.6 or so and moving slow. Appears to be right
on time
using the latest elset.

Caught a -1.0 or better flash from USA 86, 22251 - 02:28:25.71 -
