I have created a current version of my "median" RCS file. (rcs.zip)
The file has 3 numbers on each line. The first is the Spacecom
catalog number (columns 1-5). The second is the mean RCS (columns 7-10).
The third is the "different values" count.

I have stored values from the SSR files over the last 5 years or so
in a file. For each object, each RCS value is compared to the previous
month's value. If this value is different, it is added to a list
for this object. After all values are obtained, they are sorted
into order and the median value is obtained. The third number
in the rcs file is the number of values that were sorted to obtain
this median value.

I have created a new quicksat.mag file. (qsmag.zip)

I have created a new version of Quicksat. (Version 2.14B)
The changes are minor. (quicksat.zip)

I have added median RCS values to the "line 0" of the McCants file.
(formerly known as the Molczan file) (mccants.zip)
The value appears in columns 39-42 in the form dd.d or d.dd or 0.dd.
I have made up what I consider to be reasonable values for objects
which are not in the rcs file.
