I used the data from the ISI Consulting website and adjusted the RAAN
for a one day delay.

Based upon launch at 1539 UT on 24 Jun. Launch window extends until
1657 UT.

NE Australia may see the second burn which ends at 16:48:07 UT. It starts at
16:47:23 UT. The rocket/satellite is in darkness as is Australia.

The restart burn (1 hr 08 min 22.9 sec) north of Australia places the FUSE
spacecraft into the required 414.7 nmi (768 km) circular orbit with a 25
inclination

Following SECO-2, the second stage is reoriented to the required spacecraft
separation attitude

The FUSE spacecraft separation occurs in sunlight at 1 hr 16 min 05 sec in
view of Guam and Kwajalein.
