I'm afraid I don't know the answer but have sent a follow-up
inquiry (and included your e-mail addresses just in case the
source might be interested in replying directly).
By the way, I also sent that information to the NASA Horizons
site that generates ephemerides:

(Thanks for the reminder, Randy! I had forgotten about that --
or at least a similar site -- that was publicized back when NEAR
did its flyby.)
Now, I'll send this and another msg and then must get a bit of
shuteye!
