Hello again,

Here is the second obs of Molniya 3-28 r2 for tonight :

It was 18.5 seconds late and 0.35 degree above predicted
track using Alan's elset :
Moln 3-28 r2 1287 x 89 km
1 16686U 86031D 99177.02890344 .19824490 15674-1 23660-3 0 95253
2 16686 61.7363 145.1945 0847253 261.9989 88.3125 14.61638886 85378

If I compare with this elset :
Moln 3-28 r2 1216 x 89 km
1 16686U 86031D 99177.30161481 .21227200 18685-1 23789-3 0 95253
2 16686 61.7319 144.2752 0801483 262.1167 88.7200 14.72822826 85415
it was 18.7 seconds late and 0.29 degree above predicted track

It was one magnitude brighter (6 to 8) than on the first pass due to
higher elevation.

If I compare my second obs of yesterday with the following elset
released by OIG, it was right on time and track :
SL-6 R/B(2)
1 16686U 86031D 99176.54684539 .18313664 58114-5 25279-3 0 5238
