I attended a star party near Cincinnati Saturday evening. We caught a
great show of a very bright, tumbling satellite that would fade to being
un-observable to the naked eye around every 3 seconds. I assumed it was
    a rocket body.

I just identified it as Okean-O Rk (25861).

Seeing it has caught my interest. Can anyone make recommendations as to
    a few similarly bright tumblers?
