Since this is the first orbital flight of the Proton-K/Briz-M combination
we are seeing a totally new launch profile which USSPACECOM hasn't worked
    out yet.

There should be three objects in orbit, with Briz-M performing LEO
injection as wellas the later manoeuvres. What I expect to see
    catalogued are:-

    2000-029A Gorizont 33
    2000-029B Briz-M
    2000-029C Briz-M propellant tank

Object C was discarded from Briz-M while in GTO and I believe that the
orbits assigned to object A are actually for the tank. Briz-M entered a
geosynch drift orbit where the Gorizont separated to drift to 145 deg E,
while Briz-M would have performed a fifth burn to lower its orbit.

Maybe USSPACECOM will manage to track and catalogue everything in the next
few days. They always have trouble with a new and unexpected launch
    profile !
