SpaceComs last update, prepared June 21, 08:41 UTC, shows the decay on
                       21 June, 11:02 UTC +/- 02 hours (09.3° N, 121.4°E)
on a southbound pass over the Sulu Sea.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs 00173.319...  and 00173.338...
the decay on           21 June, 10:54.6 UTC +/- 11 minutes (57.8°N, 119.2°E)
on the same southbound pass over NE Russia.
