ATEX about a minute late?

I'm fairly certain that on Saturday evening (local, June 25 UTC) I 
observed ATEX (25489, 98-055A) about a minute later than predicted.
It was faint and not easy to track with my handheld 10x50 binocs.
There did not appear to be a better match for this observation in 
the alldat.tle file.  There's a predicted zenith pass here early on 
June 28 UTC.
