Despite a still light sky with the sun elevation at only -9, Iridium 17
#24870 97034B flared to -6 at 05:50:48 27 Jun UTC and then a couple of
    minutes later at 05:53:06, Iridium 82 ? #25467 98051A flared to -3.

I also observed Mir at a low elevation of 10 deg but due to the twilight, i
had to use my 10x50s to see it but even with elsets only 4 days old, it
seemed to be about 2 min early.
