I saw:

The Okean-O rocket (#25861). It seemed brighter than its predicted
magnitude of +2.7. I didn't see any flashing action, but I only looked
at it for a few seconds. It was the only satellite I saw this evening
that I could see with my naked-eye.

Cosmos 1943 Rocket (#19120).

Both rockets!
