I saw: The Okean-O rocket (#25861). It seemed brighter than its predicted magnitude of +2.7. I didn't see any flashing action, but I only looked at it for a few seconds. It was the only satellite I saw this evening that I could see with my naked-eye. Cosmos 1943 Rocket (#19120).
