    1989-100B (#20390) Tsyklon 3.stage
    
    SCC'S 02 days before decay message - prepared 03 June, 07:17 UTC - predicts the decay on
    05 June, 07:26 UTC +/-01 days (51.6°S, 71.0°E)
    ascending over Indian Ocean (Kerguelen Islands).
    
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03154.063...- 03154.247...
    (SFX 120, ap 30) the decay on
    05 June, 06:54 UTC +/- 03 hours (28.4°N, 272.0°E)
    descending over the Gulf of Mexico.
    
    This RB exploded on 18 April 1999, 01:19 UTC and delivered more
    then 60 small fragments. The remaining object in orbit with 
    a RCS of 6.25 m² and the estimated mass looks like a very
    large fraction of the original RB.
