    I'm back in business following my trip to Orkney where, sadly, the 
    annular eclipse was clouded out. I have updated my Decay Watch page for 
    the two objects for which decay notices are being issued by SCC. Here is 
    a summary.

    Note: I estimate that this will decay southbound over Brazil on the
    last of the SatEvo-predicted revs above. Only a few minutes earlier
    there is a pass over the E North America that takes it just E of
