I got the Progress TLE from OIG and fed it into
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/sightings/SSapplications/Post/JavaSSOP/JavaSSOP.html which shows it making a pass low on the
western horizon at about 21:56 EDT.  The ISS will make its pass (a bit higher, due to the greater altitude) about 15 minutes later.
