Hi folks. I just subcribed to this list and thought I'd introduce
myself.
I'm Jim, 46 and in Massillon, Ohio, USA.
I'm a casual sattelite obsrever but was quite pleased at the information
available at Heavens Above.
The site introduced me to the concept of Iridium flares and I saw my
first just a bit ago.
Although the center was 2km west of me I saw  the -8 mag flare through a
cloud layer at 00:05:12 EDT.
