As Harro has reported, the Molniya decay has been postponed. We also
have (or had) another decayer, though it has been lost for a few days.

Note: My mention last time that "the decay has been slightly delayed"
looks like something of an understatement. As Harro Zimmer has
suggested on the SeeSat-L list, it appears that some appendages have
been ripped from the the object, seriously reducing its drag. The
latest elsets are consistent with a new decay date on the 24th.
