    Report time 11:15 UTC

    1990-006A (#20444) Molniya 3-37

As I have suggested in a preceding message the Molniya underwent
    a catastrophic breakup (June 18, around 16:25 - 16:52 UTC) with
a dramatic change of the ballistic coefficient(a large decrease
of the effective area) and a "jump" of the perigee from 97-100 km to 117- 118 km.
We see now ELSETs of the "remnant". MPM + REENTRY deliver with
    ELSETs 03169.976... and 03170.252... (SFX 120, ap 030) the
    decay on
    23 June, 07:43 UTC +/- 09 hours (60.9°S, 07.1°E)
    ascending over the South Atlantic.
