    Report time 18:00 UTC

SCC'S first released message is the 06 HOURS BEFORE DECAY -
    prepared June 23, 15:00 UTC - predicts:
    23 June, 20:59 UTC +/-05 hours (05.0°N, 242.2°E)
ascending over the Pacific own its way to the USA.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03174.311... - 03174.500...
(SFX 110, ap 022) the decay on
    23 June, 22:01 UTC +/- 22 minutes (58.58°S, 105.43°E)
    descending over the Indian Ocean.

SCC'S prediction for the decay seems too early and is long after the perigee passage. It is also possible that the reentry could
be slipped for one rev in comparison with my forecast.
