    This object is (as explicitly stems from M and e values), Czech satellite
    MIMOSA, built by the small Czech  enterprise Space Devices, owned and
    operated by Astronomical Institute of ther Academy of Sciences of the Czech
    Republic, Ondrejove (small village southeast from Prague, cca. 30 km), main
    control station is located at Panska Ves. Satellite will measure
    non-gravitational forces (solar radiation pressuse and aerodynamic forces)
    wit ultrasensitive microaccelerometr MACEK.
    
    The second object most probably is Canadian astronomical MOST satellite:
