    This is a totally random thought, but has anyone looked to see if there's
    any correlation between the 14th-order resonance-induced fluctuations in
    orbital decay rate and flash rate for these objects?  I can't really think
    of any reason there should be, but with the amount of data that must be
    available by now it might be worth a quick look.
