    How about this one ?

    80050E - 161
    1 26675U 80050E 04161.51875404 .00000238 00000-0 10000-3 0 3941
    2 26675 69.2098 207.0016 5709920 98.5127 326.5778 1.94397773 72526

Not a retrograde orbit but matching more or less the time of observation
and with a hight of about 6500km a candidate for one of the two satellites
    observed.(mag 10-12?) Direction SW-NE.

    Greetings,
