The closest candidate I find is #23420 Molniya 1-88 94-81A,
but its apparent speed is 55% of yours,
and DIR of motion 210 deg (vs. 220, both relative to RA/Dec grid)
(146 vs 160 on Earth-fixed altaz grid)

2nd position is 40' above Molniya prediction.
