I noticed recently (yesterday, actually) that R. Kracht's website is 
down.  I was a regular user of his "bright 50" TLE files for my amateur 
satellite viewing; does anyone know what has happened?  I was under the 
impression that orbital elements not derived from US Gov't sources 
weren't affected by the new law....
