    Within predicted mag +8 and +-3 min I find only two objects:
    At around 21:28:30 a Long March 2 rocket (#28222) passed near eta Boo, 
    60 seconds later above eps UMa.
    It is indeed in a 97.6 degree orbit.
    One minute later, Iridium 35, but it was closer to alpha/gamma Boo and 
    into Dra/UMi.
