Very soon after launch in August, 2000, Harro Zimmer asked
the question: Has Spacecom reversed the identities of
    DM-F3 and its rocket?

Ron Lee observed both objects and agreed that they were switched.

In the latest Satellite Situation Report, Spacecom has now
    switched the two objects.

Object 26475 was the payload with a designation of 2000-048A and
object 26476 was the rocket with a designation of 2000-048B.

Now object 26475 is the Delta 3 rocket with a designation of 2000-048B
and object 26476 is the payload with a designation of 2000-048A.
