    USA 129 was just ending a 0 mag flare when I picked it up high overhead.
    Watched Meteor 1-31 r/b (12586,81-65B) last night and it was steady - so my
    last post may have been in error. Will try 02-3A again, very nice but I
    don't seem to match previous observations.
