Saw Intelsat 704 (23461) flares as Kevin described - will report with PPAS later. Around 3:06 to 3:40 UT here, to 8th mag, every 4 minutes, last about 12 seconds.

Ha! Didn't get fooled by AMC-11 last night - no MiTex (29241) again - I give up. Searching for "lost" USA 162 (26948), I found 96151 instead; I wonder if that is 26948? 96002 very close to Mike's latest 96inttle.

I have reported conditions all week as good - but I was seeing globular clusters in M31 last night, so perhaps I have underrated the skies. It has been one wonderful spell of weather here (because I sleep during the day while its 102F).
