    Russell Eberst was just making fun of me, because I like observing them, and look forward to another one being in orbit, after each proton launch.
    The APT can be seen with just the eye, when it makes a good pass. 
    APT stands for additional propellent tank. The APT is located on the upperstage of the proton rocket. After the upper stage complete's it's 3rd burn, the APT is releaed.
    BREEZE-M DEBRIS is what the APT is called in orbital data ( tle ), found on the space track site and other places such as heavens above.
