    Note 1 Classfd.tle and int96tles.tle share a name, WGS F2 (34713), for two objects separated by 1.7 degrees.
    
    These observations have been reduced in Apex 2 and verified in Heavensat. Apex reports the typical RA/DEC error to be around 1 arc-sec.
    
    Celestron SLT 102 4" F6 refractor and Canon 1000D working to nearly mag 16 with 30 sec exposures, PC time according to Dim 4.
    Chronic light pollution.
