bright flashes from Directv 3 and ppas report

I caught Directc 3 (  23598 ) giving some bright flashes.

95- 29 A 10-06-19 05:02:36   KF                516    +4->inv  

Taking longer time between flashes, then back in Jan, so won't observe it again.
