Kevin Fetter, Alberto Rango, Greg Roberts, Brad Young, and I, contributed observations used to determine one or more of the following element sets. Greg's observations of PAN on 2010 Jun 23, near 18:00 UTC, revealed it about 0.5 deg west of its recent location at 38.0 E. Peter Wakelin observed it near 38 E about 18.5 h earlier, so Greg caught it not long after its manoeuvre. Assuming a rate of drift of ~1 deg/d west, I estimate the following orbit: PAN 35847 X 35884 km 1 35815U 09047A 10174.75157407 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 04 2 35815 0.0270 257.1411 0004449 70.5624 252.1867 0.99995000 01 Arc 20100623.75-0623.75 WRMS resid 0.021 totl 0.019 xtrk Greg has reported the first new positional observations of the X-37B OTV-1 in 16 days.
