Though the first elset (Epoch=23:01 UTC) can't really be trusted near
the first apex (~22:14 UTC), even I seem to have a pass at 14 deg
elevation in azimuth 172 at that time.

Do the ATVs like the shuttles have a low perigee near their first apex ?

I have now a scary cloud bank in the W, moving from the S !
