Checking the video, rascom 1 flashes later each night.

From my location it, was flashing brightly in the following area of sky

17 h 08 m R.A
-7 deg 8 min Dec

Tonight, it will reach that area around 5:44 utc.
So start looking ahead of this time, and hopefully you see it flash brightly.

I am under cloudy sky, so out of luck so far, unless the clear sky arrives in time.
