Thanks for the longer video. Below are the positions I extracted from
it. These supersede my earlier ones.

The arc is now long enough to show that this object is not
99210/13685A. For this reason I am naming it 99224.

The observations also show that this object has an orbit with a
significant eccentricity. This makes it hard to get a good search
orbit from the observations. Since it is most likely a NOSS object
I've generated a set of search orbits for mean motions in the range of
13.4 to 14.2 revs/day, where each orbit has a fixed mean motion but
fitting the other parameters. The best approach would be to do a
planar search using these orbits.
