I had come across Elisa W23 ( 38009 ) while scanning the sky, and followed it for a short time, it passed at the predicted time. Then as scanning, came across Elisa W11, it was it was roughly 23 seconds early.

Not the best sky conditions, alot of cloud for the elisa sat passes.
