Even though USA 179 r has a low perigee its orbital plane does not
match your unknown.

From your video I extracted the following measurements. Comparing
these against known objects does not provide a clear match.
Unfortunately the arc is too short and has too little curvature to
really constrain the orbital parameters, though I guess it is
something in GTO.
