Sicral 1 was near the same location (22 E) as when last observed - by Cees Bassa on May 25 UTC.

Fitting Mike McCants' latest propagated elements to the 28 day span yields:

Sicral 1 35772 X 35799 km
1 26694U 01005A 14172.35545780 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 08
2 26694 5.4704 59.3921 0003190 46.7084 313.1359 1.00278101 05

Using an arbitrary near-synchronous mean motion and fitting only to Marco's obs of Jun 21 UTC yields:

Sicral 1 35775 X 35802 km
1 26694U 01005A 14172.35575609 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 01
2 26694 5.4704 59.5189 0003190 46.7084 313.1356 1.00270000 00
