This area of the sky is covered by the ISON network, and they provide
predicted positions for the sources they track. From these, I compute
TLEs that we can use to predict their location into the past and
future. Their predictions for May 15th show a clear match with Milstar
4 [26715/01009A]. Compare this elset with yours:
