I observed photographically 1992-040D on 23 June 2015 during its pass in CrB, Her, Dra at a height of about 4400 km (not far from its apogee).

A timing was taken near Teta CrB at 21h45m53s UT what is 1m47s earlier than Calsky ephemeris (used at the time of the pass), and still 10 seconds earlier than the new ephemeris valid for the next morning.

Having a very low perigee below 100 km, the rocket is due to decay in the next few days.
