LB Obs 2016 Jun 17-18 night

After 8 days with clouds, sometimes heavy rain and thunderstorms,
it cleared in the evening.
After 23:30 UT more and more scattered cloudfields and at dawn
the sky got overcast.

31702 07 027B was F with P ~ 10sec.

Most classified satellites have higher residuals due to old TLE´s as Mike
is on vacation June 11-18.
Two satellites have high residuals; see below.
