Eventually, yes: but if the history of MUOS 4 repeats it will be placed in a 
check-out position near 172 W (SW of Hawaii) for some time first. It will 
probably arrive there severeal days after launch and stay there for some 5 
months, before being moved to 72 E where it will function as an on-orbit spare.
