Hi Leo,

Your latest determination of Topex-Poseidon period
"22076 92 052A was F, P ~10 sec. with secondary F"
confirms perfectly the global trend concerning the rotation period of this
satellite.
Note that, 2 nights before your observation, astroguard.ru (MMT data)
issued a 10.44s value.

Using PPAS data (up to 2012) and MMT data (2014 to 2017), together with my
own determinations as well (filling the gap), it appears that the period
has been continuously and regularly decreasing for more than 9 years !

Topex period was at 31-32 seconds in January 2008. It has decreased at
about 10 seconds at the moment.
