Here is a TLE derived from that assigned by USSTRATCOM to 17003K / 41926, for an epoch about 0.9 d after launch:

1 78777U 78777A 17177.76924112 .00000028 00000-0 00000-0 0 9997
2 78777 86.6716 283.1127 0009829 229.6187 130.4201 14.84534376 128

The epoch assumes that today's launch occurred at exactly 2017 Jun 25 20:25 UTC. If the 17003 launch trajectory was
duplicated, then the above should be very close. It would be prudent to allow for a few minutes prediction time
uncertainty.
