As a radio amateur satellite user, but just in as a newbie on visual observations on this list, I would nevertheless consider it beneficial and logical to combine doppler measurements with optical observations in the (probably rare) cases where we do discover a beacon. I plan to combine a precise az/el positioned antenna with a good camera anyway. Keep up your good work - thank you for all the info - Johan PrinsEnvoyé depuis mon smartphone Samsung Galaxy.

I don't know what you call them), in one of the accepted formats. Simply presenting your element set based on your Doppler shift measurements without also providing how you got there is ambiguous.Ted, can you clarify the policy, or comment?_______________________________________________Seesat-l mailing listhttp://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-l
