There is a frequent, simple format error in your IOD lines - though most
fields are/can be separated by a single space, the field for international
ID allows for three alpha characters, and when not applicable, three spaces
must follow the A in your lines.

This is so common I fear it is some mailing software that formats the text
by HTML.conventions, so extra blanks are removed
Check if my changed lines do show the spaces.
