I just finished a conversation with Nobie Stone, the TSS mission scientist,
about the mission.

He indicated that they would be especially interested in seeing photographs
and observations of TSS and its tether.

The general belief is the tether is trailing fairly straight underneath in
a gravity graident mode.

Best observations would include detailed RA/Dec or Az/El descriptions, your
location, the exact time (in UTC), and anything interesting which you see.
