Tonight, 960314 at 19:50:20,  I was home just in time to make an observation of 93 36 B.
I've timed the following flashes:
0 - 14.58 - 14.11 - 15.96 - 14.71 - 15.18 - 14.47 - 15.06 - 15.15 - 15.45 - 15.72
Total time 150.39 sec over 10 periods gives a flash time of 15.04 sec.
So it lookes like 93 36 B is indeed decelerating already.
